The value of a dollar coin would depend upon the date it was minted, the mint mark and the condition of the coin.
The value is for the silver only, about $3.00 the coin is very common.
Please post a new, separate question with the coin's date. Without that information it's not possible to estimate a value.
There was no 10 Deutsche Mark coin produced in 1950 by the Federal Republic of Germany (known colloquially as "West Germany" at the time). There was a 10 Pfennig coin produced at the Stuttgart mint (hence the "F" mintmark) in that year (actually there were 584.34 million produced), which are valued at (acording to the Standard Catalog of World Coins) about US$4.00 in Uncirculated condition, although very little in circulated condition. There were also 500 Proofs produced - they are valued at about US$45.00 each.

The German 1 Mark coins from that era were actually made of copper-nickel, and the highest collector's value would be around $4, if it's still in uncirculated condition.
If it's uncirculated, around $4.50. Otherwise it's only worth the face value of about $2.50 that it had when Germany adopted the euro as its currency.
As of 2021, the deutsche mark is no longer in circulation, as it was replaced by the euro in 2002. Therefore, the value of 1863 deutsche mark would be purely historical and would need to be converted to the equivalent value in euros or another modern currency.

Please post a new question with the coin's date.
Not enough information. Please post a new question with the coin's date and condition, and its mint mark if you can see it. Also, the name is Deutsche mark, just like it says on the coin.
