Realistically, if you were trying to sell it, you could expect between $250 - $450, dependent on condition, whether the parts are all matching or force matched, etc. You can often see them in gun stores for over $500, but you may also notice they remain on those shelves for a very long time.
The last one I sold was a 1953 Tula, and I ended up getting $380 for it plus shipping via GunBroker auction. This one was laminate stock, with a blued and force matched bolt.
It's the marking of the arsenal which manufactured it. In this case, it would be the Tula Arsenal.
SN and arsenal markings.
$200 -$600, depending on year, arsenal it was manufactured at, unique markings, matching parts, and overall condition.
Price will vary a LOT based on condition and arsenal that produced it- but somewhere between $400 and $600 (for a REALLY good example)
Value of ANY gun is based on exact make, model, and condition. A well worn Yugo SKS may be $150, while a pristine Russian SKS is $500. An average Chinese SKS is around $250-$275.
The RUSSIAN SKS may be date marked on top of the receiver cover (properly called the rear housing) , along with the symbol of the arsenal that made it.
Value of Rifle by Norinco SKS 7.62x39 with and without wood stock?
The SKS isn't an assault rifle, and the value may range from $100 to over $1000, depending on specifics.
$100 to well over $1000, depending on what exact SKS variant you have, overall condition, etc.
$100 to over $1000. The SKS was manufactured by several nations, and the rarity of some models drives the value of that specific model way up.
What Country was it Made In ?
100-400 or so
