(Allegedly, it was believed that there were too many dimes in circulation, so they wanted to cut back on the number produced.) While not rare, they may be worth something to a collector since they are not easy to find in circulation. A 2009 P (I believe) sold on eBay a few years ago for $30. So they are worth what someone will pay for them...
