The condition is the major factor of value. If the rifle is shootable and wood is clean, I guess $150.00 to $500.00. I just bought one at auction, I paid $190.00 and checking it by the book it is worth $350 or so. The other part is ammo. I have ordered 100 new casings to load out. Suppling ammo with the rifle will add to the value greatly. Factory ammo is availible. The condition is the major factor of value. What is the value of a 1909 Remington 25-20
Never made a model 1909, that's a patent date on at least a model 12 pump, but value is greatly dependent (on model) and condition, condition, and condition.
1909 is the patent date not when it's made. In just good working order 350-500 need better description for a better value.
It is a Remington Model 12 .22 cal. pump
225 or so
What kind of Remington 22? Also please check my bio page about describing your firearm to get the best estimate on value.
Depends on condition, from a $100 parts gun to a $1500+ new in the box. Any very good 12c is worth $500-600, jumping quickly nearer to mint. Oh and 1909 is the patent date, other then made after 1909 is has nothing to do with the date of manufacture. For manufacture date if it's after 1920 it will be date code stamped on the barrel see related links for information on the Remington Society of America, if there's no date code need serial to date it.
It's either a 12-C or CS depending on if it's a 22 lr or 22 Remington Special. It's worth between 100 bucks for parts or 1,500 for like new in the box, all depends on condition condition and condition.
Frederic Remington died on December 26, 1909 at the age of 48.
1901-1909 were the dates that Roosevelt was president. There is no way to know what stamps you may have.
They weren't date coded until 1922, date can be determined serial no. The manufacture dates for this model are between 1909 and 1936. Go to the Remington web page and type in the date code where prompted. The date code is 2 or 3 letters on the left side of the barrel. However I do not know the value of these gun. I am looking for that answer myself.
The Remington model 12C slide action 22cal. was produced from 1909-1936.
800.00 That's a ridiculous answer without knowing which variation or condition. (Model 12)
what is the value for an American 1909 silver dime
sounds like a model 12 (Gallery). The value is GREATLY dependent on condition, condition, and condition. Anywhere from 200 to 1,200 with the 90% crossing into the 600 and up value.
Without knowing the condition and finish; 10-150 USD
Made 1909 to 1936
Mixed in His Dinner Dates - 1909 was released on: USA: 18 June 1909
First year 1909 (RW is not part of the serial - it stands for Remington works)
Need a serial to date it. They were made from 1909 to 1936.
