This is a veery common US regular issue stamp.
If you want to buy just one it will probably cost you from 10 to 25 cents at a stamp store for a copy, mint or used.
If you want to order it by mail, you would have to pay postage and handling in addition.
Dealers buy them as part of larger lots for almost nothing per stamp- 70% face mint and 1/10 cent if used. The money they would charge you for it is mostly for labor.
I think it is a nice stamp and I would certainly keep a nice copy for my collection. If you have more than
one, maybe you can trade it for another similar stamp .
Scott Number 2170
Minimal value for this stamp indicates that the cost is in packaging and tracking and not the stamp itself. A dealer isn't going to be interested in purchasing a single copy. You would be better to use it for postage rather than trying to sell it. Or trade with another collector!
This stamp is still easy to find.
You should be able to buy a mint copy a nice used copy for 15 to
20 cents from a dealer.
That would be Scott number 2170. You can buy a mint copy for 35 cents or used copy for 15 cents.

The value of a 4 cent black and white Freedom of the Press US postage stamp depends on its condition, rarity, and demand among collectors. In general, most stamps from that era are valued at less than face value due to their common nature.
