probably not, historicly shotguns are smoothbore if you shoot a slug, THAT would be rifled.
I have two 1878 Jas Parker & Sons double barrel shotguns.
Impossible to answer. It HAS other markings on it somewhere.

There are other markings on the gun, somewhere.
From markings and proof marks on the gun barrels and the frame. In some cases you need to remove the barrels, and look on the underside from markings.
Liege is the city in Belgium where it was made. Would need to know ALL the markings on the shotgun.
Provide all the markings on the weapon.
