Sn range from 1931(year introduced) to 1939 was 1-17000. Estimate yours made in 1935. Value depends on overall condition which you don't address. Value could be a few hundred to a few thousand.
Special order is possible.
Can still be special ordered.
They will still do special orders.
Superposed shotguns are very collectable when in top condition. Values have a wide range due to so many variations and grades of the Superposed and other Browning Over/Unders. Value is too difficult to be accurate without seeing the gun. Condition which includes the amount of original finish and original configuration will determine value. Recommend taking it to a gun shop for appraisal.
Only Browning knows and I don't think they will share that information. 25 Dec 08: According to page 482 of Ned Schwing's book "The Browning Superposed," there were 3,575 of the 28 gauge Superposeds made between 1959 and 1977, however the last 10 were special ordered in 1984.
You will have to call Browning to find out.
They haven't. Special orders are still an option.
Special orders are still being made.
