I WONDERERED THAT MYSELF RECENTLY- Just picked one up in great used condition- not so fine that I'm temted to put it away, but still very Cherry, for a cool $375!!. To see what a firearm goes for in the REAL World, it is VERY Helpful to consult the web to pin down the exact Model ( mine came with the booklet, fortunately) and is Model 700, Over & Under; also in 20 ga. Miroku is an old & totally repected outfit, world class shotguns! They were Imported by Anshutz, Charles Daly, & Now..Browning- Mine is Only Marked 'MIROKU'. As all items go, the value depends on Condition, Location, and in this case-Model, Markings, & GUAGE. 12's are usually most common in most Makes, So a 20 is a +. Also Barrel Length, and Choke may matter to a buyer. 12's were made on a larger frame, with other guages on their medium frame (some rarer .28's were made on a smaller size yet). Most Miroku Shotguns are priced from About $700 + ( Usually around $1000....Or HIGHER!!) It's worth what the buyer will fork over- But is a fine gun to any real shotgunner anywhere- In the REAL world...Might wanna shop for e set of springs (Wisner's Gun Parts) and make sure you'll be able to shoot it IF it breaks one...OR if you are not a shotgunner- It otta Be EZ to find a Great Gun like the Miroku a Great Home with a new owner. I had a Belgian made Browning Superposed when Iwas a Kid in the '70s and my Miroku is about as cool- Maybe cooler on the smaller frame. Glad to get mine for a shade more than it's Original Price, and would NOT sell it for Double ($750)!!, as To Replace it with another Superposed--- Or even another Miroku would take a bit of shopping around (and no doubt a lot more Cash). Some models ARE considerably costlier- research the net, and check the gun actions sites to get the going rate on your model & condition. New in Box is Best, so is Original Finish, Gold Inlays, Grade of Engraving...Find Out First- THEN price it Accordingly- Happy Hunting!-MM I WONDERERED THAT MYSELF RECENTLY- Just picked one up in great used condition- not so fine that I'm temted to put it away, but still very Cherry, for a cool $375!!.
