Benjamin Franklin's picture has been on US $100 bills for about 3/4 of a century so more information is needed. Please post a new question with the bill's seal color, date, and what letter if any is next to the date. The serial number isn't necessary, though.
The red seal as well as the banner across the top of Franklin's portrait indicate your bill a United States Note and not a silver certificate. Please see the question "What is the value of a 1966 US 100 dollar bill?" for more information.
It is a common $100 bill in circulation and has a value of $100.
No such coin exists. All the dimes that were made in 1985 feature FDR on them, not Ben Franklin (Franklin remains on the 100 dollar bill and was on the half dollar from 1948 until 1964 when he was replaced by JFK) 1985 dimes are commonly found in circulation and are just worth face value.
Please don't assume that every old bill is a silver certificate. As indicated by both its green seal and the banner over Franklin's portrait your bill is a Federal Reserve Note, not a silver certificate. The last $100 silver certificates were dated 1891. See the question "What is the value of a 1934 US 100 dollar bill?" for more information.
