What is the value of a Remington CR long rifle rim fire pump with an octagonal barrel serial 256974 and the last patent date of 1912?
The Model 12 Remington was offered in a few different variants. Would need to know more information on that specific rifle, and most importantly have the opportunity to see the condition of the rifle in order to appraise the value. If you have a digital camera, you can send us some detailed photos. Value range from $125-$500. email@example.com

What is the value of a Remington 22 pump rifle with an octagonal barrel that shoots short long and long rifles and has Pederson's patent date April 16 1912 serial no RW 548758?
That's a model 12-C made in 1920. The value is greatly determined by the original condition, condition, and condition. Anywhere from a 200 shooter/parts gun to about 1,500 or more if it's new in the box with papers. BUT until the gun hits the 90% condition it probably will not exceed 600, it's all about condition for a collector.
What is the value of a Remington 22 pump rifle with and octagon barrel with a patent date Jany 5 1909 serial?
What is the year of a Remington 22 short long octagon barrel rifle the last patent date on it is April161912 barrel is stamped 310340 and what is the value of them in good working order?
Sounds like you have a Remington Model 12 pump action rifle. Value would depend on over-all condition. How much finish (bluing/stock) remains and whether the bore is in shootable condition. If the bore is rusty and the rifling is pitted beyond use value drops considerably. Depending on condition, value could be from $200.00 to $450.00.
If you mean the .22 caliber shotgun barrel, it is spelled Routledge. During the 1930s, mini-skeet programs utilzing small clay targets were promoted by several firms. One such program was offered by the Routledge Manufacturing Co. of Monroe Mich. In April. 1937 Fred Routledge of that firm applied to the US patent Office for a patent on an invention that "relates to training equipment for skill in marksmanship" His patent application noted the use of…
Where can you get a manual for a 12 gauge pump shotgun that has Browning Patent engraved on the barrel?
What can you tell me about a Remington UMC 22 pump rifle that shoots long and short rifles and has a last Pedersen's patent date of 4-16-1812 and serial no RW151204?
That is a Remington Model 12 (round barrel probably a 12-A) based on the serial this was made in 1912 and before they put the model 12 on the left side of the receiver. The RW stands for Remington Works and is really not part of the serial no. Excellent little rifles and very much a collector in better condition.
What is the model and manufacture date of a Remington 22 pump rifle with an octagon barrel that shoots short long and long rifle and has last Pederson's patent date April 16 1912 serial no RW514382?
Rather than serial numbers, the DOM of a Remington may be determined by the barrel code. Two or three letters stamped on the LEFT side of the barrel immediately in front of the receiver (frame) you may need a magnifier and a strong light to read them. Then look up your code using the link at the bottom of this page. This is a model 12C and RW isn't really part of the serial no…

The H Pieper double-barrel patent of April 23, 1881, No 4673, is a patent registered in Belgium to Henri Pieper, allowing two shots to be fired in rapid succession. He created the double-barrel that is widely used today for shotguns. Henri Pieper registered 69 patents in Belgium from 1861 to 1896, in the field of the machines, shotguns, revolvers, cartridges and reducers, guns of rifles, Damas, various chargers of cartridges and ammunition belts.
Between 1931 and 1937. It will have the sliding safety in front of the trigger instead of the button type located behind the trigger. Some of these guns have the manufacturers code on the left side of the barrel near the chamber. There were about 43000 of these guns made on the Browning patent from 1905 to 1947.
I have a Remington model 12 with 22 inch round barrel serial number 16257 has rear peep site reads Lyman reg U.S. patent office. Any idea of age of rifle and could peep be original to this gun?
That gun was made between 1905 and 1915. The best way to determine a current value for it would be to take it to a gunshop--not a retail store selling guns, but shop that sells nothing but new and used guns and gun accessories--and ask them to set a value on it for insurance purposes. Expect to be disappointed--it won't be much. TexasCharley
What is the value of meriden 15 22 cal patent 1913 octagonal barrel repeater rifle what is the dollar amount?
Value of any firearm is determined by make, model, condition, and originality. These were not high dollar guns, but there is a modest collector interest. Depending on condition, may be as low as $25, or as high as $200 for an excellent specimen. These are old enough that there is no set "blue book" value. PS- I said that after checking my copy of the Blue Book.
Who made the 12 gauge Ranger double barrel hammerless shotgun with 32 inch barrels and a patent date of April 20 1915?
Answer I own the same model and it has matching numbers. I couldn't help to notice the marking on the butt plate from Remington. If my memory hasn't failed me it's going to say "Remington Arms Co'. I went and double checked and I was correct. Well unless I learn something else or one of us does a search and orders that patent. The answer likely will be the same. According to my research I…
