The 107B was the predecessor to the Model 94. Singleshot .410s are desirable compared with the larger gauges, but they're still only worth $75 to $175, depending on condition.

I have a Stevens Model 940E,it has a 410 sleave in the gun . It is able to shot 410 as will as it shots 12 gauge when the 410 sleave is taken out. I've had a few guys look at it, they all say they had not seen one before. Is the sleave made for this gun by stevens? ,,

To my knowledge you will not find a serial number on the model 107b. This is common of Stevens and several other firearms manufacturers of the time on some of their economy firearms. Winchester's model 37 single shot is another example. These guns were very affordably priced and mass produced with various "running changes" occurring through the years. As such they were only designated by model number. The majority of Stevens and Savage single shot and breakdown over-unders such as the model 22-410 seem to fall into this category. Your gun may or may not show a choke designation. If it does not it is assumed to be a modified choke.

No way of knowing without a serial number /model number to identify what type of .410 gauge stevens you have.
