only $1 in average circulated condition. The coins are made of brass, not gold.
What you're describing is the Thomas Jefferson presidential dollar. Minted in 2007, it's worth exactly one dollar.
I'm not sure where you got those dates, as Jefferson was in office 1801-09. Whatever the case, modern Presidential dollar coins are worth one dollar.
It's still worth one dollar.
prices has been changing, all i can say is, alot!!!!
No doubt to its value of one dollar, it's just one of the Presidential dollars that started in 2007 and will be made through 2016 and it's NOT gold, but made from brass.
It is a brass coin minted by the United States called a "presidential dollar" they are legal tender in the US and worth $1. Unless in mint packaging it has no collector value and is only worth $1.
Unless it's a proof coin (specially struck by the mint, boxed directly without ever being circulated) the 2007 Jefferson $1 coin is worth one dollar. It's made of brass and is part of the Presidential dollar series minted for general circulation.
The 1993 Proof Thomas Jefferson 250thAnniversary commemorative silver dollar was issued as proof & uncirculated. Both have the same retail value of $19.00.
It's worth $2.01.
There's no Thomas Jefferson $1 coin dated 2000. A 1-oz silver commemorative "dollar" was made in 1993. These sell for roughly the price of 1 oz of silver at current market prices, which change every day. A brass circulating dollar was minted in 2007. These are part of the Presidential Dollar series and are only worth $1. If that's what you have feel free to spend it.
Please post new question with the date of the coin.
One Dollar. They are being minted for circulation.
