Depends on what it's made of. Most replica "coins" are made of base metals with a thin plating of silver or gold, or sometimes just a gold- or silver-colored plating. In either case they have virtually no value.

Since 1973 all replicas are supposed to have the word "COPY" somewhere in their design.

However, make sure you do not have a bullion piece. Those issued by the U.S. Mint carry images similar to genuine gold coins from the 19th and early 20th centuries, but they do have precious metal value.
