Just a dollar or so.
If you're referring to a dollar bill, unless it's crisp and uncirculated it's only worth face value. Similarly, if you're referring to an Ike dollar, if it's circulated it's only worth face value. If it's uncirculated or proof it might be worth up to $2 or $3 at retail.

It's still worth one dollar.
The mint mark on ALL Ike dollars, not just the '73, is directly below Ike's neck.
Even if the roll is a original bank wrapped roll of uncirculated coins, Ike dollars do not have large retail values and don't sell very well because they are so common. Circulated 1977 Ike dollars are face value only. Uncirculated coins do sell at $2.00-$5.00 for high grade coins but most dealers will only pay $1.05-$1.25 each.

Unless they're uncirculated or proof coins, Ike dollars are only worth face value to maybe $1.15 depending on how worn they are. BTW there were 26.5 million Ikes made in 1977 so it's not at all clear what you mean by "none minted".

The 1976 proof sets sell in the $8 range. The Ike proof dollar by itself would be around $4.
Sorry, no US dollar coins exist dated 1964. Eisenhower first appeared on the dollar coin in 1971. The coin is likely a 1964 Kennedy HALF dollar. Look at the coin again and post new question.
