It is designed to shoot .177 Caliber pellets, not BB's. It has a rifled barrel, BB's will ruin the barrel if they are forced to shoot through it.

Unfortunately this is a very inexpensive mass produced pistol, it cost less than $20 brand new. Marksman is owned by the Beeman air gun company. Finding parts is almost impossible because it is usually tossed out when broken. You can try contacting Beeman but the repairs may cost more than a new repeater. http://www.marksman.com/
