The simple answer is....you need to provide more info on the gun in question. I own(ed) two Fox Model B shotguns. One was a 12 ga 28 inch barrells and double triggers. It is a great shooting bird gun in good condition. The second is a Fox Model B that is somewhat customized, with 24 inch barrells, double triggers, ramped double bead sights, excellent condition, upland bird gun and would probably be worth at least 5 times the value of the 28 inch gun. There is no way for me to place a $$ value with the info provided. The question could equate to "What is the value of a Corvette?" The answer is...it depends!!!

12 gauge 23/4 fox shotgun value
$500 to $2000 depending on condition and when it was made.
depends on the exact model and condition. A Fox Sterlingworth in good condition is about $500.
Your Fox model B S E shotgun ranges in price from 400-675 dollars for a 12 gauge model with between 60%-95% original finish remaining and good bores. If yours is a 20 gauge, then 475-800 dollars.and if you have the .410 gauge, then 650-1,125 dollars.
Anywhere from $50.00 for a salvage gun to over $400.00 for an as-new one.
A Fox model B shotgun in 12 gauge with between 60%-90% of its original finish remaining and a good set of bores will bring between 200-295 dollars.A 16 gauge shotgun will bring between the same amount, and a 20 gauge will bring between 335-450 dollars.
