Most likely it is a replica, worth a couple dollars. If genuine, it is some kind of privately issued scrip, and could be worth hundreds of dollars. First-hand expert inspection is required. Check coinshows.com for a show in your area.

The value of a 1803 large penny will depend on the condition of the coin. If the coin is in mint condition, the value is an estimated $256.00.

There were no Irish 1803 Halfpennies minted. You may have a bank or traders token.

I have a 1803 nickel what is it worth

The value here is not in the mounting. If the 1803 penny has not been damaged by putting in this mounting it is worth in average circulated condition $15.00, in extra-fine condition is worth $700.00. However if this 1803 penny has the large date and the small fraction in average circulated condition is worth $2,000.00, in very fine condition is worth $17,500.00.

If your coin is a nickel please turn it over. The minting date is 2004, on the front. The date 1803 honors the Lewis and Clark expedition. If it's any other coin, pleas post a new, separate question with its denomination.
