twenty-five dollars
Really depends. There is little to no demand for uncirculated golden dollars unless there is something unusual about them. If you stick it on eBay you might get ~$30 or so if you're lucky.
1958 uncirculated Lincoln Wheat Pennies are worth $0.20 each. An original uncirculated roll (50) is worth $6.00
Even if the roll is a original bank wrapped roll of uncirculated coins, Ike dollars do not have large retail values and don't sell very well because they are so common. Circulated 1977 Ike dollars are face value only. Uncirculated coins do sell at $2.00-$5.00 for high grade coins but most dealers will only pay $1.05-$1.25 each.
1954-D is a common date for pennies. In uncirculated condition, each one might be worth 10 cents, or $5 for the roll.
They might retail for $1.50 to $5.00 each depending on their quality. A dealer of course would pay less, possibly as low as face value because they probably have all the Presidential dollars they need.
There were no Sacajawea gold dollars minted in 1990.

In order to determine an estimated value for a roll of American Silver Eagles the dates of the coins would have to be known and if they were mint state [uncirculated] coins or proof coins. American Silver Eagles all have the same bullion value but each has its own numismatic value as well.
About $40

Not a whole lot I'm afraid. I'd say face value for all the dollars (I think you're talking about a $25 roll) plus about $3-4 at most. So for a 25 coin roll I'd say they'd be worth about $28-29 or so. Not a whole lot of collector demand for them and a very high supply and so prices are quite low.
In my shopping on eBay and so forth, it seems to me that people have been buying rolls of uncirculated coins for more than its value. It only being only a couple of years old the value is not great, but you might be able to get a couple of dollars more. Its hard to say exactly.

If they are uncirculated and not rewrapped they might retail for 60 or 65 cents each; i.e. $12 or $13 for a $10-face roll assuming you don't break it up. Otherwise you have $10 worth of halves.
If they're circulated, just spend them. They're only worth face value. If the coins are uncirculated you might be able to sell them for $2 or $3 on eBay.
There are 20 coins in a roll of half dollars. Their value depends upon which mint produced them and the condition of each coin. Giving an estimated value of the roll with several hundred dollars between low value and high value will not tell you what its worth. The only accurate value I can give for the roll is for the silver it contains and today the silver is worth $100.80
