Your coin is most likely counterfeit. However, there is a small, small, small, small, chance that you actually have a very rare pattern coin. I would take it to a coin dealer and ask if it is genuine or not, if it isn't genuine I'd get it tested to see if it was at least silver, if it was silver you might be able to sell it to a refiner for $20 or so, if it isn't genuine and isn't silver, the coin is pretty much worthless. When it comes to buying trade dollars there seems to be more counterfeits than real ones out there, so unless it was slabbed or sold by a reputable coin dealer, I wouldn't buy any trade dollars.
