You can probably find a cheap piece of junk Trumpet made in china for $1-25. Most beginning to intermediate-professional trumpets are $200-1250. Great professional horns like Schilke's and Bach Stradivarius's are $1500-3000, most in the 2000 range.

Most new trumpets will cost between $700 and $2,500. Anything that costs in excess of $2,500 is usually only needed by the extremely advanced player, and some new trumpets that cost below $700 may be very difficult to play due to poor materials and workmanship.

A trumpet can range from $50 or less for a cheap import to several thousand or more for a professional grade horn. An average decent beginner horn will be between $300 to $1000 depending on where you buy it and what brand it is.

price of a trumpet can very greatly. your local pawn shop may have one for cheap, but most repair shops will not repair an instrument that wasn't bought from them.

the last time i was in blessings (my local music store/repair shop) the cheapest trumpet was a Yamaha and it was just under 300$ and i believe the most expensive was a Bach for about 1400$ this was only the prices at my local store, and the prices may be different in your area.

Trumpets come in basically 3 forms: Student, Intermediate, and Professional. Student horns new cost about $300 and intermediate trumpets can be from about $500-$900. Pro horns (depending on the brand) if you want the best there is, a new one will probably cost you from $3000-$4000.

That entirely depends on the make and model. Your question is as vague as "what is the value of a used car?"
