There are walking Liberty half dollars and standing Liberty quarters, but no walking Liberty quarters.
Please post a new question with the coin's date, because that information is needed to determine its value. If it's a quarter, look at the bottom of the LEFT pedestal to see if there's a D or S there; it may also be blank. (The M on the RIGHT pedestal is the designer's initial and not a mint mark.) If it's a half dollar look for a D or S at the 8:00 position on the back.
If the coin is so worn it doesn't have a date it's only worth its silver metal content.

To clear things up:> It's a Standing Liberty quarter. The Walking Liberty design was used on half dollars.> M is the initial of the designer, H. A. MacNiel. The mint mark position is on the opposite pillar next to Miss Liberty's foot.> A "walking head" would be pretty interesting, though anatomically impossible....Please see the Related Question.

There is no true Standing Liberty half dollar. They are properly called Walking Liberty half dollars. But if you are asked to buy a Standing Liberty half dollar you can be safe to assume that it is a Walking Liberty. Review the Standing Liberty quarter and see that the figure is in an obvious 'standing' stance whereas the Walking Liberty appears to have motion.
There were no Standing Liberty Quarters minted in 1922.
1930 was the last year for a Standing Liberty quarter, with a date of 1941 it's a Washington quarter. Post new question.
If the date is 1895 it's a Barber quarter, the first year of issue for the Standing Liberty is 1916.
