1833 is a common date for Large Cents. The hole likely killed the collectible value of the coin. Take it to a coin dealer to see if it still has any value.
There were no dollar coins minted that year. What you have is most likely either a counterfeit coin or a fantasy piece. Either way, they don't have any collectible value, any value would come from the precious metals (if any) in the coin.

Very good coin ! There are 2 different coins : 1833 A : 221.449 coins struck, value : about 150 dollars, 1833 B : 1.392 coins struck (very rare), value : about 1000 dollars !!! You can find the letters "A" and "B" on the coin (on the right of the "40"-side).
Nickels in the U.S.A. were not produced until 1866.

Peace dollars were not made in 1833.
This coin should be seen in order to determine if it not round due to a mint error or damaged at sometime during its existence. I suggest you take it to a coin shop and have it looked at.
