Remember American history. In 1892 Ms. Anthony was very much alive so she legally couldn't be depicted on a coin. Moreover she was reviled for her campaigns to win equal rights for women so there was zero chance that the male-only politicians of the era would have honored her on a coin.

And in any case, SBA was (A) very much alive in 1882 and (B) reviled for her feminist views because American society was still very much male-dominated in those days, so it's impossible that her image would have appeared on a circulating coin.
