This depends drastically for an 1895 on the mint mark, which is on the back of the dime just below the wreath.
An 1895-O is the most valuable regularly minted Barber Dime (The 1894-S was a proof strike) and is considered to be the single key date.
I would figure that a heavily worn, poor condition 1895-O is still worth $500 and a flawless one can bring over $50,000.
Even an 1895-S in poor condition should still be worth $25 or so, with an 1895 with no mintmark worth a bit more than that, this assumes a very low grade coin, nicer ones are worth (Sometimes dramatically) more.
