It's only worth whatever you can get for it, because it is fake. The US did not issue 1898 CC Morgans. The chinese, however, have shipped a lot of fake 1898 CC Morgans to the US.

Please check again. No US silver dollars were minted in 1931 due to the Great Depression, and the last Morgan design dollars were made in 1921.
Look at the coin again, no US dollar coins were struck in 1832 and the first Morgan was in 1878.
If you have a 1895 Morgan with a Carson-City mintmark it's fake. 1893 was the last CC Morgan dollar.
Try again; there weren't any Morgan dollars minted that year.
Check that again, as there is not '83-D Morgan. The Denver Mint didn't begin production until 1906.
