Which one is yours? is it a "NO 40 model 111 or is it a 1938 model. Does it have plastic or is it made of wood. All this information is necessary if you want an estimate of value.

If you want an estimate of value I need to know about the current condition of the rifle. Is it working? is it in Poor, Fair, Good, Very good, or Excellent condition? The model 1938 red Ryder first came out in 1972 and has 13 variations of that model. Before that it was the model 311, a Red Ryder set, made between 1947-50. Before that, it was a number 111 model 40 Red Ryder 1939-40. So if you have an original 1938 Red Ryder its going to take a lot more information to I identify it first, and then give an estimate of value. So here is what I suggest.
