Unless the coin was found in mint packaging, it is only worth 25 cents. Bicentennial coins were produced in large numbers and unless in proof condition have little demand from collectors.
The date is 1776-1976 and it's only a quarter.
It's still worth 25 cents. This question has been asked dozens of times.
BICENTENNIAL, not "bicentenial" QUARTER, not "quater" 1776-1976, not just "1776" And only worth 25 cents. Billions were minted and many were saved as keepsakes.
None of the Bicentennial coins regardless of denomination, date or mintmark struck for general circulation have any silver or are worth more than face value. Only collectors and Proof coins sold from the Mint have premiums.

Pretty close to $0.50.

With the exception of certain proof sets, they are only worth the face value of the coin.

Either a "wheat penny", silver dime, silver quarter, silver half dollar, half dollar, dollar, bicentenial quarter half-dollar dollar, error coin
Assuming you meant a model 94,not 84.The value is 695 dollars if never fired and with the original box.
100-360 USD or so
Because the "S" mintmark means the coin was minted in San Fransisco. Because the coins minted in San Fransisco in 1976 were not intended for circulation, they are more desirable to collectors. Some of the "S" mintmark coins are 40% silver and that boosts their value. If the coin has no mintmark, or any other mintmark other than "S" it has no value beyond face value.
