If it's dated 1900, then it's a Morgan silver dollar. It's worth at least $20 or so in worn condition, and closer to $40 in uncirculated condition. If you have a 1900-S Morgan, the value is a bit higher.
Uh, the "lady" is Miss Liberty, as in Statue of Liberty, Liberty Head nickels, etc., etc. You need to know the coins' dates and mint marks to have a reasonable idea of their value. A lot of late (1939-45) Mercury dimes are only worth about $1 for the silver they contain, but some are worth much more. Also you can look at a price guide like the one linked below:

Please check again and post a new question. All dimes dated 1946 and later carry a picture of Franklin D. Roosevelt, and all dimes minted for circulation since 1965 are made of copper-nickel, not silver.
Mercury dimes (minted from 1916-1945) have different values depending on the year and mintmark of the coin, along with the condition. However, as a whole, common-date silver dimes are worth at least $2 for the silver content in the coin.

These coins are called Mercury dimes. The melt value is around $2. Most of these coins in circulated grades are worth $2 to $10. For a more detailed answer please include a date, mintmark and condition. It is located on the bottom middle on the back side of the coin.

PLEASE!! Include dates in any questions. All US dimes from 1796 to 1945 have a "Lady" on the obverse of the coins.
The "lady" is Miss Liberty, and these coins are called Seated Liberty dimes. But it can't have a CC mint mark because the Carson City Mint first opened in 1870. Please check again and post a new question.
