The first coins with her likeness were issued in 1838.

George III was King in 1819.

Queen Victoria had not yet been born in 1804 and the Sovereign and Half-Sovereign coins were not reintroduced into the currency until 1817.

If it is undated, it possibly not a coin, but a commemorative medallion.
