The U.S. Mint has never made a $10 silver coin. If you are asking about NORFED silver rounds, they are not genuine United States Mint bullion coins and they are not legal tender. The value is only for the silver they contain.
There have not been any silver dimes struck since 1964, except in some proof sets. If your coin has an S mint mark on it, it's worth about $1.15; it would be worth more if it were in its original proof set package. If your coin has a P or D mint mark it's an ordinary copper-nickel dime that has been plated to look like silver. It's only worth 10 cents.
Unfortunately not. The quarters you are thinking of are most likely the 1932-1964 Washington head quarters. These quarters were minted using approximately 90% silver and 10% copper. The overall weight of the coin is about 6.25 grams therefore using todays silver price ($17.25 USD/oz.) theoretically the coin has a melt value close to $3.15USD. Finding these quarters still in circulation is rare and depending on the condition of the coin, you may have better luck selling it to a collector rather than trying to sell the coin for its melt value.
You have to inspect your coin carefully. If it has a P or D mint mark, it's made of copper-nickel, not silver and is only worth 25¢. If it has an S mint mark and a copper-colored edge it's a copper-nickel proof coin worth maybe $2 to $11 depending on its quality. If it's in a holder labelled "Prestige Proof", then it IS a silver coin, but it's not solid silver. U.S. silver coins have at least 10% copper in them. These were made for collectors and sell for $3 to $15 depending on quality and which state is depicted.
