Check the barrel and receiver
Usually located on the frame/reciever and/or barrel.
The barrel will have 'Made in Belgium' on it. The receiver can be dated by serial number.

Check the receiver, barrel(s), under the barrel(s), under butt place.
If this is the complete serial number and it is an A5, then it was made in 1929. Verify by noting that the 1929 guns said "Ogden Utah" on the barrel.
Prison time is what it is worth since it has no serial number. You need a lawyer who specializes in firearms law.
