Unfortunatly there is not enough information to answer this, I suggset getting a Chilton's manual for your vehicle, or going to your local library and looking it up in a Motor manual. You will need to know year, engine size and possibly series, though just having the VIN number can give you this with most books.
.005" for the intake and .007" for the exhaust
The EGR valve has failed.
.007 to .009 on the intake .009 to .011 on exhaust
Torque for the 300 6 intake and exhaust manifolds is 28 to 32 foot pounds
If you have an egr valve failure why are you replacing th oxygen sensor? Most likely the EGR valve assembly is blocked or partially blocked. Often they build up exhaust deposits on the EGR valve and ports.
There is no valve adjustment for that engine. If you have valve clatter you must have worn valve train parts.
How do you replace evpansion valve on 99 gs 300
