Kinda sorta they try to be very active in NATO programs so with efforts like that theymay be considered at war but no they have no real on going wars i think they whent to the middle east with the us and Britten but I believe they pulled out and also their contribution in numbers would not have been much. Now all you Canadians out their that are going to say f you we did more than u Americans well no you didn't and you have to admit your numbers of men contributed compared to ours it is not much
