There is not a code that you can put in to get the WAW 4 zombie maps that were in the hardened and prestige edition of the game.
That is why the price on the unsold new copies continued to increase as more users understand that there will not be a WAW DLC for Black Ops.
Even the newly released limited edition of the game did not include the 4 WAW zombie maps in spite of Activision understanding that they could greatly increase the sale of the limited editions by including them, they chose to only include the first strike map pack or DLC.
The used games that are sold from the hardened and prestige editions on Ebay do not include the 4 WAW maps because the code that was included with each game can not be reused. New Hardened and Prestige games being sold include a single use code for the 4 maps.
Latest Amazon new prices for the hardened edition start at $149.95 for the Xbox 360 and are the same for the Prestige Edition a much better purchase option as the remote vehicle can be sold. PS3 start at over $250 for both editions with some or the editions only the hardened edition part of the Prestige Edition
