yes
green sea turtles do not have the ability to move their jaws laterally, so they can't chew the way that mammals can :) hope it helps
Sea turtles move through the ocean by moving their flippers up and down (similar, in a way, to a bird flapping its wings).
Sea turtles have 4 legs which have evolved into flippers. A sea turtle moves by pushing each flipper in a paddle-like motion. Some sea turtles have been known to move through the water as fast as 35 mph!!
they crawl on land and swim in the ocean
Sea turtles have a thick outer shell for protection from predators. They have large flippers so they can swim or move across sand.
because they will have no oxygen in their resporarity system
Sea turtles are good divers because their fins help them dive into the water and help them move all around strong waters.
The largest sea turtles are the leatherbacks
Most animals move toward food and away from discomfort. Why do you move? It's probably the same answer.
NO of course not! It's the other way around.
Many sea turtles move from place to place by... well swimming with their flippers. The elongated front ones are for moving forward and the back ones are for steering around. You would be surprised at how fast they can move underwater.
