As soon as you start the game you get weapons. At level 99 you get the bonus weapon. You unlock other weapons at level 32 also.

There is no set limit on the number of times you can kill each boss, but i would reccommend stepping it up every so often as to get more EXP cash and also it is a good way to get special weapons, armor, cars, etc.

It doesn't exist any more. In the past, players had an hourly income from properties, and part of this income was deducted each hour because certain items (weapons, vehicles and armour) had an 'upkeep' cost per hour. If you want to see how it worked, a similar system is still used in several of Zynga's games such as Vampire Wars, Dragon Wars and Space Wars, and in similar games such as Mob Wars and Mobsters. It was removed from Mafia Wars after a legal dispute between Zynga and the owners of Mob Wars, that Mafia Wars too closely resembled Mob Wars.

At any given point only the no. of Mafia present will be in fight with 1 weapon 1 car and an armor... so make sure you have that and the extra items will add the teams attack and defense.
