First, you need to mate and seal the center and rear panels of the rack. When you have done that, attach the large side panels to the center panels. The next step is to mount the angle mounting bracket and striker brackets to the Bulkhead. Following that, position the rack cover on the truck. Finally, adjust the lock rods.

you have to build a strong bond with the horse. then get it to walk round a ATV or truck. when it stops take it back to the stable and spend some more time with it. if you do this it will walk round the ATV or truck quite happily. once you have done this with the ATV or truck turned off turn it on and then do the same thing after that you can then try walking past a moving ATV or truck! you put a truck (NOT RUNNING) somewhere near the paddock Also what is ATVS?

sometimes when somebody is hard on the ATV or mayb runs it alot and drains the battery. The ATV quality may also b changed if it in shut down and turned back on constantly or if the weight limit is exceeded. If the weight limit is exceeded, then it can ruin the motor and than can ruin the starting ability. Also, it could be that in trying to start it, it may have been too cold outside or something to do with the weather affected it.....such as flooding the igniter or starter could have taken place.. That is the best answer I have but there could be alot of different reasons..... hope this helps lol =)
The Vin is on the down tubes under the front rack or some times older ATV Vin's stamped on the frame under the foot pegs either left or right side
