NO. in 1999 ford changed the lug pattern to 8 (lug) by 170mm, a 97 ford has a 8 on 6.5 which is what Chevy/dodge/ford has used since at least the 60's, i believe Chevy and dodge still use the 8 on 6.5 wheel pattern
I'm in a technical program for auto and typically the best way to go is just right across from each other, making a star pattern. Whether it be a 5 lug to a 12 lug pattern. i have a 97 Chevy c1500 5 lug and that's the way i do it. just make a star pattern at 100 pounds.
