The wiring for the oxygen sensor PLUG is what I forgot to submit.
i would like a wiring diagram for a Honda civic o2 sensor
The oxygen sensor is connected by a wiring harness. The wiring harness contains the signal wire. The signal wire goes to the system computer.
A wiring diagram for the oxygen sensor on the 1992 Civic can be found at your local auto parts store. Haynes sells a manual for the 1992 Civic with a diagram included in it.
The 2004 Dodge Intrepid oxygen sensor can be found on the back of the air cleaner housing. Remove the wiring harness. Remove the oxygen sensor retaining screws. Reverse the process to install the new oxygen sensor.
P= Powertrain 0140= bad oxygen sensor downstream from the catalytic converter. Check wiring first, if no problems with broken wiring replace sensor.

The downstream O2 sensor was broken and is missing the wiring harness, I have a universal O2 sensor, but need the color codes to wire it properly. It has a purple, pink, black and white.
Soldering will be required to install the universal oxygen sensors. Specifically you'll need to first cut the old sensor off on the main wiring. Then one needs to solder the universal sensor onto that existing wiring.
Bank 2 sensor 2 refers to the oxygen sensor on the passenger side of the exhaust system and after the catalytic converter. heater circuit is the oxygen sensor or the wiring going to it, it is what is called a heated oxygen sensor. Google image search oxygen sensor and that is what it looks like, and they can be a bear to get out.
The oxygen sensor on a Honda Civic is replaced by disconnecting the wiring harness and removing the sensor using a socket wrench. Anti-seize paste is applied to the threads, a new sensor is torqued into place, and the wires reconnected.
The only fix is to replace it. If you are mechanicly inclined, this is a doable deal. Before you replace the sensor you should check the wiring for resistance you can use a volt/ohms meter (vom) and test the continuity of the wiring to the sensor.
It requires a special socket with one side cut out so as not to damage the wiring.
