To purge is to make yourself vomit after eating. "Binge and purge" is a type of bulimia nervosa, an eating disorder. Binging is overeating to the point of making the stomach uncomfortable from overextension, and this is followed by quickly purging before the food is digested, in the case of these kinds of bulimics.
Not sure what you meant by "never feeling hungry", but perhaps you were thinking about anorexia nervosa, another eating disorder, characterized by an extremely low body weight, amenorrhea, a distorted body image, and fasting or exessive exercising behaviors, etc.
Both of these are extremely dangerous eating disorders and have high death and suicide rates. If you have any of these habits, or are interested in weight loss, please speak to a parent, counselor, or nutritionist.
