no they are neither, they have a neutral chargeNeutrons carry a neutral electrical charge. Protons have a positive and electrons have a negative electrical charge.
Wires and components can still hold a charge. Or, if defective, a component may give an electrical shock. Therefore, it is always best to unplug the appliance first and make sure your hands are dry.
A capacitor!
The function of a battery is to provide electrical energy to devices which are connected to it.
A generator produces electricity. A battery holds an electrical charge.
Electrically neutral matter is matter without a charge.
They have capacitors which hold a charge. So, if you are attempting to work on one, you need to be careful, because you could accidentally discharge the capacitor and electrocute yourself.
Bad batterry or defect in electronic or electrical circuits causing current drain from battery.
How long it takes to charge any battery depends on how much electrical charge it can hold. The physical size of a battery can give an indication of how much charge it may hold: the larger the battery, the more electrical charge it is likely to be able to hold. or you could just divide the mAh of the battery by the output rate of the charger. ex: 5000 mAh on a 3000 milliamp output charger would be 1hr 36min. and 3300 mAh on the same charger would be 1hr 10min. and so on.
Over time, the rechargeable battery of a cordless handset may lose its ability to hold a charge. To restore it back to original working order, use the handset but do not charge it until the phone signifies that it has a low battery. Once you receive the low battery alert, give the handset time to charge completely, according to the instructions on the handset manual. Repeat this process as needed to achieve full battery potential.
