Here is the Police Caution in the UK: "You do not have to say anything, but it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned, something which you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence." Then the officer asks, "Do you understand?" The caution differs in different countries, but is based around the same kind of message.

Without knowing what particular document contains the wording, it is difficult to give a definitive answer. Generally the word "Caution" contained in a writ refers to the jurisdiction (city, county, state, town, etc,) where the specified action occurred.
you may need to provide a police clearance for the job, but not for the visa. I'm not sure what a "caution" is, but if it doesn't show up as a conviction on a police record, then there's no problem.

DBS checks replaced CRB checks in 2012. Cautions that have not been filtered will show up on standard and enhanced DBS checks. A caution will be filtered as long as it is not on the 'list of offences never to be filtered' and 6 years have passed (2 years if you were under 18 when you received the caution). On enhanced DBS checks, a filtered caution may still show if the police believe it is relevant to a recruitment decision.
A CRB check will usually show details of the caution that has been issued against you. This includes the date of the caution, the offense that led to the caution, and any other relevant details that were recorded during the caution process.
