That's totally wrong, the most toxic substance known to man is Botulin toxin, from the bacteria Clostridium botulinum. Botulin is approx 1000 times more toxic than TCDD, and TCDD is also less toxic than polonium 210. No man made substance has come close to beating the toxicity of a certain bacteria
