The oldest song discovered seems to be a hymn to Syrian Nikal, who is the wife to the Moon god. It is recorded Hurrian (an old form of Syrian). It dates back to 1400 BC. A clay tablet showing how the piece should be performed was discovered in the 1950s.
There are songs (or psalms) in the Old Testament may predate this however. Exodus 15:1-5 where a song is made to celebrate the crossing of the Red Sea. Deuteronomy 32 and 33 a song to keep the law after reaching Canaan and Psalm 90 a simple song of prayer. This may date to 1300 BC or they may be later or earlier, there's no reason why the last one couldn't be much earlier since it doesn't seem to be particularly tied to the events of Moses.
If it was a Hindu song there's no record of it.
