Almost any food, if consumed in excess and coupled with a sedentary lifestyle will result in weight gain. Obviously, foods that are higher in fat, saturated fat and trans fat (Pizza, fast food, greasy fried items) are more likely to put weight on you. However, carbohydrates, not burned away with exercise, will definitely put the pounds on.
