It looks like the choke on a 1994 Mitsubishi pajero is set by the manufacture standards and you unfortunately can not change the choke with out it being a manufacture
It is located and stamped at the chassis behind the rear right tyre.

It is stamped into the chassis right behind the right rear tire. Also, depending on where yours was built some of them have it stamped on a plate in the drivers door jamb.
