It is very difficult to define a pill simply by the number it has on the side. The numbers mainly serve as an identifier for the companies to organize and keep track of the different drugs. As many different companies use different identifier systems, it is impossible to tell what drug you have by simply knowing the number written on the side.
It is one to discard safely.

The dosage is actually 10/325, and you're referring to Percocet. If not labled as such, it's likely labled as Oxycodone/Acetaminophen. It's a combination drug and the dosage numbers refer to the amount in milligrams of each drug in the pill. The first number (10) indicates the amount of Oxycodone in the pill - 10mg, which is the strongest dose currently available. The second number (325) is the amount of Acetaminophen (Tylenol) in the pill in milligrams. 325 is currently the lowest amount of Tylenol available with Percocet at that dosage level. I've personally been using Percocet 10/325 for over 9 years.
Hydrocone 10mg is made by many companies. There are Lortab 10/650's, Lorcet 10/500, and Hydrocodone 10/325. Go to Pill Identification and type in the number on the pill. It will tell you what the pill is, what the strength of the medication and what it does. It is completely free and anonymous. Happy pill Hunting!!!!!!!
