What is Tik Tok trying to say here How do I find what they're talking about?
I've been sending support tickets for days and they just now finally responded to me. I don't want to have to wait that long again so please help me out! Here's what they said: "Hi there, Thanks for getting in touch! If you're age 18 or older but do not see a green check mark next to the eligibility requirement in order to apply, simply click the light grey 'i' icon next to the requirement. This will prompt you to confirm you are 18 or older and allow you to proceed to apply. Thanks, The Tik Tok Team." I've already sent them appeals and photos of my ID in the past. Where is this check mark with an 'i' icon next to it? Where is this "eligibility requirement"? Does anybody know? I really want to start making money and get my account pro. I'm almost at 100k and I'm really hoping to get this done soon.
