there are a lot of tools used on cars. But the most common would be wrenches (regular or socket) pliers, wire cutters, flat and Phillips screw drivers, some sort of pry bar, hammers, angle grinder, paint guns, utility knife, masking tape, fuse puller and I'm sure someone will think of more.
