Any well balanced team si good enough if trained enough. your team is good but id advise them them all to at least lev 60 and evolving your magmar and electabuzz into magmortar and electriwire respectively. Magmar should be able to destory Aaron but youll need a ground againest drapion. Torterras grass moves will take apart the ground type eleite four trainer. Ground moves hsould be useful againest Blake since i don't see nay waters among your team. if torterras knows crunch you should be good againest lucien but have a backup with dark moves. use magmar againest lucien's bronzong. as for Cynthia you should do fine if ur team is leveled enough just watch out for her garchomp use your own garchomp to counter.
